If you already know what wine you are looking for, and prefer not to spend your free time finding a parking spot or waiting in long grocery store lines, then

Just fill out the form below with the name of the wine, type of the wine and the vintage year, (If known) Then, provide your name, and a phone number or e-mail address where you can be reached, and click on "Submit Request".
Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will contact you and inform you of the availability, price, inquire about the number of bottles you are requesting, and let you know when your order will be available for pick-up.
Only when we get confirmation from you, do we order the wine on your behalf. Filling out the below information does not obligate you to buying the wine!

(Note: Ohio is a Registered State. That means before wine is sold within our borders, each label must be reviewed and approved by the State of Ohio Liquor Control Division. So if you had a particular bottle of wine on your honeymoon in Tuscany or on that Cruise to the Bahamas, it may not be registered with this state. However, if you have seen it, bought it, or drank it in Ohio, we can probably get it!)
